We've come a long way since our last newsletter in March: We made significant progress on our two flagship products xlwings and xltrail:
While xltrail was initially planned to work directly on your shared drive, we reinvented the product in the meantime: xltrail integrates now with your Git version control system to visualize the difference between two versions of an Excel workbook. The homepage has been updated accordingly with a new video. Note that xltrail will support all Git platforms, including the most popular ones like GitHub, BitBucket and GitLab (cloud and on-premise versions).
While we expect to officially launch our beta program in just a few months, we encourage you to sign up on our wait list or follow our twitter account to be the first to know when we're ready!
xlwings has had a major new release (currently at v0.11.4). The main feature is that xlwings now offers a fully fledged Excel add-in (in conjunction with a config file) on both platforms, Windows and Mac:
