On March 2nd, following careful research and deliberation, the South Portland City Council unanimously voted to hire the Boston law firm of Foley Hoag to defend the Clear Skies Ordinance, now being challenged by the oil industry. Please join us in thanking the councilors for their on-going support of the ordinance by clicking on each councilor's name below, (in which the following letter will appear), signing your name, and sending.

Dear Councilor,

I want to express my appreciation for all you’ve done to support and protect the Clear Skies Ordinance. Thank you for choosing to hire a fine law firm to defend the choice our city has made. Your integrity in this entire process is of great value.
