All employees of the University must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 by October 29, 2021 (i.e. final dose no later than October 15, 2021), and upload proof of vaccinationto the UCheck system. Individuals who are awaiting their final vaccine dose or who have received a University-approved exemption must participate in the University’s rapid screening program and may be subject to additional safety measures.
All staff, faculty and students must complete a COVID-19 self-assessment via UCheck each day before coming to campus.
