World Hepatits Day
This year’s World Hepatitis Day event was the biggest so far! HIV/AIDS Resources and Community Health (ARCH) and Sanguen Health Centre partner annually on World Hepatitis Day to spread awareness about Hepatitis.

The day included a number of free activities including feather extensions, hair beading, face painting by Kloe the Klown, food and drinks, messaging in sidewalk chalk, free bubbles, information about hepatitis C and a videographer interviewing people to create a short You Tube clip about Hepatitis C. We had an estimated 250 attendees!!

A warm thank you to all the volunteers who worked so very hard throughout the day, Coco Lattes and Domino’s Pizza for food donations, and Thoreau Bakker from Video Sidekick for the filming and creation of our video. We cannot wait to see what comes out of the day.

Every year gets bigger and better! We are so pumped to see what next year brings!
