Stay Sharp Needle Exchange: Community Health Centre

The new stay sharp satellite site at the Community Health Centre, has had a great response over the last couple of months, with some very positive outcomes. Our goal, was not only to accommodate clients with new harm reduction products, but also to reach clients who are in need of basic medical care, counselling, housing or just someone to listen to them.  Our Outreach team consisting of ARCH, Sanguen, Wyndham House, Wellington Dufferin Guelph Public Health along with SOS, have managed to get participants of the program the medical attention needed and disability compensation to name just a few of our accomplishments all the while distributing supplies.

Our Harm Reduction Supplies or Kits are put together by a devoted team of volunteers who dedicate two hours each week so we are able to meet the demands of distribution. Without them, we couldn't do it and would like to take a moment to say thank you.
