Trash and Treasure: Documenting the trash audit experience
Interns from the Office of Sustainability and WE CONSERVE have seen trash and treasure at eight of the 15 academic buildings scheduled for trash audits this summer, documenting the experience in a series of photos highlighting the trash audit process and items encountered along the way.

Clean Lakes Festival

The Clean Lakes Festival is a highlight of lakeshore-based summer fun in Madison. The festival's purpose is to raise awareness about opportunities for recreation on the lake and highlight the importance of lakes to local life. Activities include water ski lessons, boat rides, biking and live music.
