'Conscious capitalist' puts sustainability to practice
Creamy or crunchy, peanut butter is more than just sustanance for graduating senior Alana McKeever. For the past year, the tasty snack has represented an opportunity to deploy her passion for sustainability at Yumbutter, a Madison-based start-up that specializes in socially and environmentally responsible peanut and nut butters.
