  This grant aims to design community-based solutions by working with stakeholders and applying existing research and data for equitable expansion of the tree canopy. 
• "Astounding" amount of fishing gear lost in ocean each year
  The comprehensive new findings, researchers say, could help both conservation and fishing organizations track their progress toward protecting the seas from lost gear.
• Gov. Evers announces more than $35 million in awards for Wisconsin’s Transportation Alternatives Program
  “Transportation alternative projects, such as the bike and pedestrian paths funded through these investments, are not only great ways to reduce emissions and build a more sustainable transportation system but they enhance quality of life in communities in every corner of Wisconsin."

The 3rd annual Sustainability Competition is Scheduled for November 1st - 11th, 2022 with final presentations on November 15th from 4 - 6 pm. Call for Abstracts: Wetland Science Conference
Join other scientists and professionals of the wetland and water community of Wisconsin and the upper Midwest. This 3-day conference, which draws upwards of 350 attendees annually, includes a keynote address, organized symposia, topical oral sessions, a poster session, working groups, a banquet, and field trips to area wetlands.

C2C Fellows Sustainability Leadership Training
C2C workshops are for undergraduate students and recent graduates who want high-impact sustainability careers that can change the future, in policy, business and politics. Led by Dr. Eban Goodstein, Director of Bard’s Center for Environmental Policy, C2C trainings focus on key leadership skills: vision, courage, developing your network, telling your story, and raising funds.
