Injalak Arts launched Provenance Arts at 55 Stuart Highway Darwin on a lovely dry season afternoon on 23 July 2018. Since that day we have been delighted by response to our new venture from tourists, Darwin locals, artists and art centres. We started with 12 art centres and now represent 29! Trading has been better than we had hoped for and the feedback has been so encouraging.
In late 2018 we began discussions with the Indigenous Land Corporation
about a possible partnership to support the long term sustainability of Provenance Arts. ILC enabled us to contract Social Ventures Australia (SVA) to undertake a social impact and business feasibility analysis
for Provenance Arts. The consultancy kicked off in mid December and began with looking closely at Provenance Arts' activities, trading, systems, performance and partners. This is a fantastic opportunity for us to have an arms length assessment of how we are traveling and where we can improve. Now they'd love to hear from you
- our customers, visitors and patrons. Without you we would not be able to keep the doors open. The consultancy will be wrapped up by the end of January.
It's a quick survey - less than 5 minutes and here's the link: Provenance Arts Feedback Survey.
If you can find the time before Monday 14th January
we'd be very appreciative.
