Please be on the lookout for upcoming training resources on the CWTS website! We will be adding some new training resources for the upcoming release in Trails Modernization. Once placed on the CWTS website, these resources can be accessed at any time at www.coloradocwts.com. Please see below for more information.
1. We have recorded each session of the Resource and Provider and Incidents Train the Trainer sessions. These sessions along with all the other Trails Modernization Train the Trainer sessions are housed on the CWTS website. It is expected that the County Level sessions of Resource and Provider and Incidents will be placed on the website by the close of business 10/11/2019. It is expected that the State Level sessions will be placed on the CWTS website by the close of business 10/18/2019.
2. The new and improved Job Aids for Release 5 will be placed on the CWTS website by the end of October! Once posted please do not hesitate to dive in and learn about Resources and Provider and Incidents.
3. We are currently working on a FAQ regarding release 5 material and functionality of Trails Modernization. We know there are questions that you each may have and we want to have an identified place for a reference. The FAQ will also be placed on the CWTS website and will be available at all times. Stay tuned for more information!

Super User Updates:
We are also ready to schedule the practice sessions for the missed opportunities with the Train the Trainer sessions. We understand the short notice and appreciate the flexibility you all have shown. Calendar invites have been sent to Super Users for Resource and Provider / Incidents practice sessions. The sessions are 1.5 hours in nature and will focus on the material practiced during the Train the Trainer sessions. It should be noted that the sessions will be identical and you do not need to attend each one even though you are welcome to join them all.
If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact Samuel Warren by email at firstname.lastname@example.org or by phone at (303) 813-5807.
