From our Board

The last few months have been very busy at L.E.A.D. Our growth has been monumental and we are proud to service many excellent initiatives, including our upcoming partnership with the Community that Cares Plus (CTC), Civil Air Patrol and Uniform Prevention Curriculum out of the United Nations.

Our annual Conference will be held in February 2020. There will be a board retreat in December. Goals and objectives will be announced at the February conference.

James W. Lilley Elementary School – Gloucester Township, NJ

At the James W. Lilley Elementary School we believe "Childhood should be a journey - not a race!" By offering a wide variety of opportunities and experiences designed to develop the whole student; academically, emotionally, and socially, we provide a safe and educationally stimulating environment for all children to learn.

Lt. Nick Glenn, Milan, TN

Lt. Glenn is a 16 year police veteran currently as a Detective of the Milan Police Department as a Supervisor of the MPD Crime Prevention Division. Lt. Glenn also serves as the PIO and Assistant Training aOfficer for Milan PD. Lt. Glenn has been teaching the K and 5-8 L.E.A.D. program since June 2018 and is a certified LEADer. Lt. Glenn is SWAT certified and has also completed the NASRO Advanced Leader Certification.

Lt. Glenn holds a Master’s degree in Criminal Justice from Beth University. Lt. Glenn’s dedication to the vision of L.E.A.D. to create safer, healthier communities free of drugs, bullying and violence continues to benefit all those involved in the program.
