Summer comes to a close...

A season filled with wonderful performances, new and old friends, great travel, and fantastic memories

Dear Friends,

It has been a whirlwind summer that had us living out of our carry-on suitcases, playing in stunning venues, and exploring new countries! With the change of seasons upon us (in some places more than others), we thought we would recap our travels from the last three months...

We kick started the season in June with a return to Innsbrook Institute where we were reunited with Colburn family.
Shouse Institute at Great Lakes Festival followed where we caught up with the Emerson's and performed with Larry Dutton.
On to Music Mountain in Falls Village, CT, where we collaborated with Daniel Phillips
We then traveled to St. Andrews UK for our Scotland debut at East Neuk Festival in early July. Got to hang out with the inspiring Brentano Quartet and walked through the oldest golf course in the world!
After Scotland, off to Germany! Enjoying some downtime in Berlin after our debut at Piano Salon Christophori.
We traveled to northern Germany for our Festspiele Mecklenburg-Vorpommern debut in Seebrücke, Sellin
By mid July, returned to beautiful Bellingham, WA, home of...
the stunning Millie, of the Berry residence. It was great to return to the Bellingham Music Festival!
Then on to Caramoor for the premiere of our friend Patrick Harlin's "Birdsongs for the City Dweller". A true honor to have been the 2014-2015 Ernst Stiefel String Quartet in residence.
The quartet's second visit to Ottawa, this time for ChamberFest  where we performed Haydn quartets and Shostakovich Piano Quintet with the fantastic Pavel Kolesnikov. Wonderful to see St. Lawrence String Quartet, Roman Borys, and Jamie Parker!
Summer concluded with our Mostly Mozart debut in Avery Fisher Hall back in New York City.
Thank you to all of our friends and family who joined us during our travels and stay tuned for news about our upcoming season!

Sincerely,

Estelle, Ryan, Jeff, and Jeremy
