Spring has sprung!

Another new face at PRISM

We have a couple of other new things to announce. Please join us in welcoming our newest team member, Tracy Wang. She is our Process Manager/Project Manager. This isn’t a role typically seen in service firms; therefore, we know Tracy will bring substantial value to everything we do internally and for our clients. She will help optimize our project management process, including quality control, by working directly with our production teams. A streamlined production process means more time savings, and we know quick turnaround on renderings is critical to our clients. Tracy earned a B.S. in automation engineering, then completed her MBA at Tsinghua University as part of a cooperative program with the MIT Sloan School of Management. She loves dancing and playing with her young daughter, and she and her husband are big New England Patriot fans. Hopefully you Texans fans out there won’t hold that against her!

We are also in the process of selecting a new project management platform. This will make project communication even more efficient with the addition of features such as improved file tracking, real time project collaboration, and coordination with our clients. Our implementation timeframe is April/May 2016.

Kudos

Ongoing professional development helps keep all our staff at the height of their areas of expertise, and makes them better equipped to serve our clients. VP of Client Relations, Sarah Amos, recently completed the Customer Relationship Management certificate program through DePaul University. The methodology behind the program recognizes customers as core to the business, with an emphasis on enhancing the customer experience.

The Houston chapter of SMPS (Society for Marketing Professional Services) recently featured Valerie Delafosse, our VP of Business Development, in their member spotlight. Valerie joined SMPS last year and jumped in with both feet. She regularly attends monthly programs, is a member of the Programs Committee and is a participant in the One2One Program as a protégé. This structured mentoring program matches protégés with mentors based on common job roles and protégé goals.

Biking to beat Multiple Sclerosis

The MS150 is right around the corner and we have several clients participating in this worthwhile event.
