DMFHC is excited to announce the activities we have planned to celebrate Fair Housing Month in April!

We have lots of fun and exciting things going on with details included in this message. Keep reading for more information about how we will be recognizing the 49th anniversary of the Fair Housing Act.

On Thursday, April 13th DMFHC will be holding an interactive fair housing workshop followed by a round of bingo to test participants’ fair housing knowledge. We will gather at the Irish Snug* located at 1201 E. Colfax #100, Denver 80218 from 5-7 pm.

The fair housing workshop will cover basic fair housing concepts including protected classes, examples of housing discrimination, and fair housing act history. Afterwards, participants have the option to play a game of fair housing bingo based on the information provided during the workshop with a prize for the winner!

What better way to commemorate the passage of the Fair Housing Act than bringing together our fair housing community for education, games, and delicious Irish Snug Happy Hour food and drink!

If you would like to attend, please RSVP to Kathleen at We hope you can make it!

*The event will be held in the Dublin Room downstairs and is wheelchair accessible. Free parking is available behind the Irish Snug. There is also metered parking on the street.

Please join us to celebrate National Fair Housing Month and recognize the crucial work being done by individuals and organizations dedicated to promoting equitable and integrated communities throughout state of Colorado and the Denver Metro area.
