2021 ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
ROWING BC NOMINATIONS FOR ELECTION

Notice to Rowing BC Membership:

BACKGROUND

In accordance with Rowing BC’s By-Law Seven (7), Section 7.5, the Rowing BC Nominating Committee has prepared a Slate of Candidates for the Rowing BC Board positions of Treasurer and Director(s)-at-Large.  As stated in the by-laws, the Nominating Committee is responsible to present an Endorsed Slate of Candidates to the membership no less than 45 days in advance of the Annual General Meeting (AGM).  By way of this newsletter the Nominating Committee is meeting that requirement.

On August 23, 2021 the Rowing BC Nominating Committee, chaired by Rowing BC Board Director-at-Large David Dunnison, distributed a Call for Expressions of Interest for the positions of Treasurer and Director(s)-at-Large.  Individuals interested in being considered for the Nominating Committee Endorsed Slate of Candidates had until September 13, 2021 to submit an Expression of Interest (EOI) to the chair of the committee.

ROLES UP FOR ELECTION
