We know - it's been awhile! We've been working hard behind-the-scenes to source the absolute best materials so we could bring this beloved spirit back into our store, and we couldn't be more excited that it's back in time for the holidays. This spirit was the very first to be part of our label re-design project, so for now there's no changes - just the same great Vanilla you've known and loved for years. You can stop by our store to pick up a bottle, or place an order for curbside pickup here.
To celebrate the return of Tahitian Vanilla Vodka, we've also added a few new cocktail kits to our distillery store offerings:
Pear-A-Dice - this cocktail is a perennial winter favorite in our tasting room, with Tahitian Vanilla Vodka, pear juice, cinnamon, fresh lime & demerara.
Cocoa Cosmo - a riff on the classic Cosmo using Tahitian Vanilla Vodka & our Cocoa Curaçao, along with cranberry & fresh lime.
Orange Chocolate - this drink is new to the tasting room, and a run-away favorite on our latest cocktail menu, with Cocoa Curaçao, Tahitian Vanilla Vodka, NSD housemade hot cocoa mix, orange & whipped cream.
Introducing North Shore Twisted Citrus!
As you know, earlier this year we took on the project of revisiting and diving deep into our spirits, to see if they can tell our story in a better way. We're reviewing recipes, labels, names - everything. And with our citrus vodka, we decided to make some real changes.
Our Sol Citrus Vodka has always been a top seller in our tasting room, but it just didn't sell as well as we would like away from the distillery, so we decided to change the name, update the recipe slightly and redesign the label. The result is North Shore Twisted Citrus Vodka. This spirit is bright, fresh and delicious, with layered citrus flavors - we infuse and distill it with fresh oranges, lemons and limes. We are loving how well it works in cocktails, and how sippable it is, too - we hope you'll love it as much as we do!
Updated Hours & Operations
Just as a reminder, we have changed our hours here at the distillery! With the onset of colder temperatures, we have closed our cocktail patio for the season, and are focusing on our new cocktails-to-go, cocktail kits and virtual events for the rest of the year. If we get a really nice weather day we'll open as a pop-up bar (like today - we're open until 6!), For December, our hours are now:

Friday, Dec 11 @ 7:30 pm - Virtual Concert with Symphony847 - Today is the last chance to get your tickets and order your cocktail kits & dinner! Enjoy a great classical concert from this new symphony group and hear from the conductor and musicians, all while enjoying matched cocktails (and dinner if you want)!
Saturday, Dec 19, 5:30 pm - Holiday Sing-Along (Outdoors) - Join us for some very socially-distanced holiday caroling! Pull up in your car, or bring a lawn chair and blanket, and join us in the parking lot for some songs and good cheer! We’ll have hot cocoa and hot cocktails, and the speakers will be playing some Christmas and holiday favorites. And, we’ll be singing along too (even though most of us aren’t especially good singers). Join us! And, let us know if you have any song requests.
