IMPORTANT REMINDER TO LAND OWNERS!Wildlife Ranching South Africa entered into an agreement with the Department of Agriculture many years ago to issue permit books to our paid up members for the transport of warthog and wild pig meat out of an African Swine Fever-Controlled Area. This agreement was confirmed during 2018 in terms of the new Veterinary Procedural Notice (VPN) and according to regulation 20 of the Animal Diseases Act 1984 (Act No. 35 of 1984).
We urge all land-owners to comply.
Permit books can be obtained from WRSA: 012-335-6994.
Important: COPIES OF ALL PERMITS ISSUED, MUST BE RETURNED TO WRSA FOR SUBMISSION TO THE DEPARTMENT OF AGRICULTURE.
WRSA and our members must comply, in order to retain this agreement with the Department.
