May 2014 service changes.


From the 25th of May there will be revised services throughout Lowestoft, Ipswich and Felixstowe.

Available to download for free on Android and iPhone.

Plan journeys in East Anglia and beyond on your mobile phone with the new Traveline South & East app. You can also view the times of the next buses from your bus stop, with the scheduled times replaced by live times when available.

Suffolk comes top in passenger transport survey.


Passenger Focus has published their most recent bus passenger survey results.

In the main category of overall satisfaction with customers bus journeys, Suffolk came top with 93% of passengers feeling either very or fairly satisfied with their journey. To view the full report please visit the following link. http://www.passengerfocus.org.uk/

Operators sign bus punctuality improvement scheme.


To improve bus punctuality, a scheme has been put in place to help identify problems and resolve them.

Reports will be submitted twice yearly to the Traffic Commissioner for the Eastern Region who will monitor progress. Read the full article here:
