By the end of the Navigate: Advanced Budgeting - Internal Proposals with Cost Sharingcourse, participants will build a complex internal budget with cost sharing and keep the step-by-step documentation and Excel templates for use in developing similar budgets in their own positions. Budget attributes covered in this course include:
projects without a solicitation or guidelines;
complex internally funded projects; and
internal cost sharing with PIs from multiple departments.
Attendance at both sessions is mandatory. Completion of the course requires class attendance, completion of homework, and a review session.
