eRPM and other U-M ITS Services Restored
As reported yesterday, an issue with the MiStorage maintenance negatively impacted multiple services across the University of Michigan, including the eResearch Proposal Management (eRPM) system.
Information Technology Services (ITS) reports that service was restored at 2:50 a.m. ITS has been monitoring throughout the morning, and systems are working as expected.
Yesterday the Office of Research and Sponsored Projects and ITS worked diligently throughout the system degradation to ensure the successful submission of external grant proposals. We are grateful to U-M project teams for their patience and collaboration while we worked together to resolve resulting issues. Thank you!
