Prenatal Exposures and Child Health Outcomes: A Statewide Study (1 UG3 OD023285-01) is a collaboration among Michigan institutions.
It is one of 35 national pediatric cohorts funded under the aegis of the NIH-funded ECHO (Environmental Influences on Child Health Outcomes) program, a seven-year initiative that began in September 2016. This collaborative effort includes participation from the University of Michigan, Henry Ford Hospital Systems, Michigan State University, and Wayne State University.
Eligibility: Pediatric researchersare eligible to apply to a local grants program designed to support original research making use of the resources of this project. Underrepresented scientific researchers are encouraged to apply. Amount: Two one-year grants of $50,000 will be awarded. Deadlines:
Letters of Intent - on or before 5:00 p.m. January 15th, 2017
Final grant applications - on or before 5:00 p.m.March 1st, 2017
Grant announcements will be made by April 1st, 2017, with funding to begin May 1st, 2017.
