Season Days and Submission Proposal Submission Deadlines

Reminder: As granted by U-M, this year ORSP and Sponsored Programs will have additional season days of November 25 and December 23 & 24, and we will be closed on these dates. We will provide updates to this at orsp.umich.edu/season. 

Remember that we may be working with limited staff as we approach these season days and that many sponsors' offices may also have limited staff and closings during this season.  

FSRs Due to Sponsored Programs December 10

Remember, per our recent communication from Sponsored Programs, Financial Status Reports (FSRs) are due on December 10, 2020.

Verify Any Proposal Submission Deadlines to ORSP

Remember that these season days will impact internal proposal submission deadlines and whether your proposal receives a Full Review, a Limited Review, or is At Risk. 

The eResearch Proposal Management (eRPM) system calculator has been updated to assist you in planning your proposals.  See below for more resources on the proposal submission deadline policy and these definitions.

Make arrangements now with your designated project representative for any items you will be sending to ORSP to ensure ample time for processing.
