eRPM connection to Grants.gov 9/20/21

eResearch Proposal Management (eRPM) is experiencing connectivity issues to Grants.gov today, September 20, 2021, following Grants.gov maintenance this past weekend. We believe we have identified a solution and will take the system offline at 12:00 noon today for 15 minutes. eRPM will be unavailable at this time.

Impacts when working in eRPM this morning:

New FOAs cannot be downloaded to a PAF.
Existing applications to Grants.gov can be worked on. The availability of error checking (through the validation functionality) will be limited. Some of the validations, especially those for NIH applications, will work.
ORSP cannot submit any applications.

We recommend that you continue to work on applications by filling in information and uploading attachments. Once this issue is resolved, then you will be able to run Validate for error checking.
