Cleaner Report Format Without Hyperlinks: M-Reports
What are M-Reports?
M-Reports contain sets of interactive reports that provide guided analysis of data to foster data-driven decisions.
The following M-Reports data can now be downloaded and displayed without hyperlinks:
Summary of Projects
P/G Budget Status/Activity
Sponsored Parent Summary (& Consolidated PBSR)
Award ID Summary
Each of these reports now contain a 'No-Link Format' hyperlink which, when selected, will open a new report without any drill-down hyperlinks on the amounts, titles, project information, or other data. The format is significantly cleaner when exporting into Excel and other file types.
Unit Review Column Will Soon Be Added: M-Pathways
Background
Since the launch of the Shared Services Center (SSC), units supported by the SSC were no longer able to annotate and document unit-level review of sponsored activity within eReconciliation in M-Pathways.
In an effort to reduce administrative burden and allow for better unit oversight of sponsored activity, a "Unit Review" column will be added in eReconciliation and will be visible on March 17, 2020.
Units are not required to use this functionality, but use is encouraged for those using supplemental systems to complete their review of project financial activity.
