This course is recommended for intermediate research administrators with two (2) or more years of on-the-job experience who have been exposed to and regularly produce basic budgets for sponsored research proposals. Attendance at all three sessions is mandatory. Completion of the course requires full submission of both budget homework assignments, with one including a budget justification.
Fall 2016 Training Schedule Location: Wolverine Tower Time: 1:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m. Day 1: October 28, 2016 Day 2: November 8, 2016 Day 3: November 29, 2016
TheNavigate: Uniform Guidance Cost Principles pilot course is recommended for new or seasoned research administrators involved in the pre- and post- award management of federally sponsored research projects.This course will focus directly on the Uniform Guidance Cost Principles. This course will be one (1) day long. To receive certification, participants will have to complete the full session, along with any in-class and pre-class assignments.
