The Navigate: Fundamentals course will be offered for 30 U-M research administrators with up to approximately two years of working experience.
Session Content
The course will consist of seven full-day instructor-led sessions between September and December 2018, with capstone projects to demonstrate success.
The program has been expertly crafted to follow the workflow and business process of the sponsored research project lifecycle.
Research administrators work with difficult business, compliance, and financial challenges, and often undertake them with little or no experience. Providing excellent training for new research administrators is integral to reducing administrative burden for both faculty and staff.

Interested parties should save the dates. Attendance at each session is mandatory. In situations of inclement weather or closures, alternate sessions will be announced.
Supervisory approval and application acceptance is required.
