eResearch Proposal Management (eRPM) SF424 (Grants.gov) Application Enhancements
and My LINC Upgrade

In this update:

  • SF424/Grants.gov application
  • Updated support for Forms
  • My LINC Upgrade

The eResearch Proposal Management system (eRPM) was updated on March 21, 2020. For details, please refer to SF424 Version 9.1 Release Notes.

Updated support for NIH Forms-F

Support for two new forms

  • USDA AD-3030 (V2.0) - Used by the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA).
  • SBIR/STTR Information (V1.3) - Used by federal agencies to support the Small Business Innovation Research (SBIR) program and the Small Business Technology Transfer (STTR) Program.

Minor Enhancements

  • Resolved an issue on the SF424 R&R Detailed Budget with erroneous Fringe Benefit validations. An error in one budget period was triggering an error on all multiple budget periods.
  • A new warning on the Validate Submission Activity to indicate the FOA closing date has passed. It will not prevent the activity from completing.
  • Principal Investigator, Authorized Representative, and Contact Person (Project Representative) names now display on the SF424 Workspace.

My LINC Upgrade

  • My LINC (Learning & Information Center) is scheduled to be upgraded on April 20. The upgrade will provide a fully redesigned home page for a modern user experience, and updates and improvements to the learner experience. In order to complete the upgrade, My LINC will be unavailable from 8:00 a.m. April 18 until 7:00 a.m. April 19. More information on what users can expect in the upgraded system is available in the Overview of Changes.
