Gracious Father, whose blessed Son Jesus Christ came down from heaven to be the true bread which gives life to the world: Evermore give us this bread, that he may live in us, and we in him; who lives and reigns with you and the Holy Spirit, one God, now and for ever. Amen.

Hot Meals has had success in filling all our volunteer positions!  Thanks to all who have stepped up.  Our numbers have been holding pretty steady at around 80 to 95 people each week.

Unfortunately, the donations to buy what we need have dropped quite a bit starting last December.  We need $250 to $300 a month to cover the supplies and food.  Cost of food at the Food Bank has increase as has the cost of items from Cash & Carry.  You can donate to this vital ministry by writing a check to All Saints with the notation "Hot Meals." Your gift to Hot Meals and your pledge tax deductible. Thank you.
Nancy Patrick.

SAFE Church

SAFE Church Trainings provides awareness in the areas of sexual conduct and sexual abuse issues for both employees and volunteers working within the congregations and organizations of the Diocese of Oregon.

We currently offer two different programs that have been developed by the Church Pension Group:

  • Safeguarding God’s Children
  • Preventing Sexual Harassment and Exploitation

Who should attend and why?

In striving to live out our Baptismal Covenant we are called to respect the dignity of every human being. As the people of God in the Episcopal Diocese of Oregon we are committed to the safety of all God’s people. This recommendation outlines who is required to attend which of the training sessions.

How do I register for SAFE Church?

Click here to go to the online registration. After you have made certain you have supplied all of the requested information, submit your registration by clicking on the “Submit” button. You should receive a response saying your registration has been submitted. You will not receive further confirmation.

Please Note: The deadline for registration is 12pm on the Tuesday preceding the scheduled training. Additional registrations will be accepted, but trainings that do not have at least 12 people pre-registered by 12pm on the Tuesday before the scheduled trainings will be cancelled. If we have to cancel a training, those who have pre-registered will be notified of the cancellation.

If none of the currently scheduled trainings work for you, please use the training request form to give us some details about times and locations that would be convenient for you, to help us plan future trainings.
