Clergy & Staff Vacations
Mother Laura will be on vacation from Monday, July 11 through July 22nd, returning for Sunday, July 24. Jim Denman will also be on vacation from July 10 through July 24 and will be back on the bench on July 31st.

Items needed for Yard Sale

Saturday, July 16 at All Saints

The Mustard Seed is having a Lawn Sale on Saturday, July 16th from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. This is a good opportunity to bring unused items from your homes and to help our church. This sale takes the place of our participation in the Eastmoreland Garage Sale. Please bring items to the Mustard Seed on Fridays and Saturdays or leave them in the Mustard Seed library.

BASKET-WEAVING CLASS -
We continue to meet on Wednesdays at 10:00 a.m. You are welcome to join us in learning one of the most versatile, basic techniques of basket-making. If you are not on Susan's email list, please contact her at sbhanks@comcast.net. She will be sending out notices in the event that a class has to be canceled.

News from the Diocese of Oregon
The Bridge: a groundbreaking international exhibit at Trinity Cathedral

This summer Trinity Episcopal Cathedral is hosting a ground-breaking exhibition of 47 premier Arab, Persian and Jewish contemporary artists from 15 countries of Muslim, Christian and Jewish traditions. The Bridge, exploring the theme of what “bridges” us to each other, as well as what they hold in common across their religions and cultures, will be on view July 10 through August 21 at the Cathedral. Admission to the exhibit is free and everyone is welcome to attend.

Core Training Retreat

August 5 @ 4:30 pm - August 7 @ 6:00 pm at Trinity Cathedral
"The most comprehensive training on Godly Play practices and theology,
Core Training is the recommended training for every adult leading Godly Play sessions,
for administrators, and for clergy. Over the course of three days,
participants experience all aspects of the Godly Play method and begin to
become fluent in the Godly Play core stories and fundamental practices."
