Hola <<First Name>>
Relationships? Who does not have a relationship? We all have them. In all kinds and sorts.
With a lover, with friends, with family and also with colleagues. Some might say that even with strangers we have a relationship. A human being cannot exist without relationships.
Relationships is one of the domains that has influence on your stresslevel, or better said on your resilience level.
Of course there are relationships that cause stress, relations that ask too much of you; people who are too demanding or who surround you with negative energy. But there are also relations that are beneficial to you; that give you a positive vibe.
For your resilience level it is good:
• to surround yourself with people who stimulate you, in whatever you do, whether it is personal growth or growth at work.
• to have relationships where you can ventilate your doubts, anger and/or happiness. Keeping your feelings and frustrations to yourself quite often has a huge impact on your stress level.
• to have a healthy sex life, as sex has a positive influence on your stress level.
• to have sufficient contact with your valuable relations. What sufficient is depends on yourself and also on the kind of connection you have.
But also if you have (a lot of) stress it has an impact on your relationships, on how you react to people, how you communicate with them, etc. In this week´s blog I will go deeper into this theme.
