Winter Competition Trial Games
This weekend sees all three Rangers teams complete the last of our pre winter competition trial games.
Players are requested to ensure you have notified your team Captains and Managers of your participation. Of note all three teams are now putting game details on Facebook as events to make this process easier for you. If you have lost the link however, try the Rangers Facebook page as the team is always an invited participant for each of the games.
This weekends trials are:
Rangers A: Glover Street Oval Number One
at 4pm Saturday versus Young Guns
Rangers B: Glover Street Oval Number Two
at 4pm Saturday versus Browns
Rangers O35: Easton Park
from 8.45am-1pm Sunday for a Gala Day
Rangers A and B will need to pull down the goal nets and corner flags on Saturday. All teams are required to provide a referee for one half of the match (please let your coach know if you are keen to referree otherwise coaches/managers will volunteer players). Rangers A are to wear the current Rangers jersey for the match as the home team, Rangers B will wear the old Blue and Black striped strip. If anyone has either of the strips at home please forward to you coach/captain for use.
The first games of the winter competition are out. Check out our dates, grounds and times and actively promote not only player turnip, but also supporter attendance. Tell your friends.

Wednesday Night Training
Wednesday night training is now at Birchgrove Park
between 7-9pm every Wednesday Night. All winter competition players are expected to attend, and as a minimum brief your coach if you can't make it.
In the event of wet weather training will still go ahead. You can expect a post via Facebook no later that 5pm to advise if the ground is still open to train, if the ground is closed then players will conduct a fitness program which will be advised, again, on Facebook.
Social Soccer is on this week, and will start at 4.00pm. Next week will see times shift due to the shorter days and completion of daylight savings. From the first weekend in April Social Sundays will run from 3-5pm.
We are at Moore Park this week at Driver Ave opposite the Hordern Pavilion. A map of the ground can be found here.
Please bring a white shirt and a dark shirt so the teams can be balanced in number and standard to make it a fun afternoon for everyone. Don't forget water and sunscreen.
Check our Facebook and email for updates prior to 2pm in case of any weather or other changes needed. Most of all have Fun!!
