Tiz the season to eat too much and exercise too little so I've dug out my trusty expando pants for the week. I'm hoping I won't actually need them but I have them handy just in case. :)
Publishing update: In spite of the fact that we have a holiday this week it is a work week for me so here is an update as to what I have going on.
I am knee deep into Castaway Bay: Now and Then and am really happy with the direction the story is taking. In spite of the fact that this book will publish in January, I've decided to continue the story in small increments. This book will pick up just a week or so after Trick or Treat ended on Halloween. The backdrop is Thanksgiving and the two books following this one, both of which will publish in 2022, will take place in December. There is a lot going on with the characters so I wanted to show their journey in real time rather than utilizing a time jump and then explaining what happened after the fact.
Gooseberry Bay: Santa Who? is at the narrators so hopefully we'll have audio soon. It will be uploaded and made available in paperback and hardcover format in a couple of weeks. A lot happens in this episode of the story so you won’t want to miss this one. The Kindle version of the book publishes on December 14.
Holiday Bay: Poison in the Pudding is live everywhere. Check the body of the newsletter for links.
I have a new book up for presale: Gooseberry Bay: Sister Spy. This book will publish in April.

Ten friends decided to get together for a Petsgiving Feast. Each friend brought a different pet and each friend brought a dish to share. Fun was had with the exception of the friend who choked on a turkey bone, the friend who spilled gravy on the front of their shirt, and the friend who forgot to check the time and was late for work.
Use the clues provided all month to determine which friend choked, which spilled gravy, and which was late to work. A rafflecopter will be provided on November 24th for your answers.
Clues: The friend who was late for work did not bring a dog, cat, hamster, or gold fish
The friend who came with a parrot was not late for work nor was Jeff late for work
Edward, Fran, Daisy and Rick managed not to spill their food
Kyle did not spill or choke and neither did Sue
Enter your answer as one long sentence in the following format: (Name) choked, (Name) spilled the gravy, and (name) was late for work.
