I just came back from Thailand and it was a special journey, I must say "yoga" and "travel" are both transformative. Many of us are trapped in our daily lives and routines and many times we act on automatic pilot. Taking time off to reflect and to connect to what we really want in life can be really transformative. It allows us to see things from another perspective and maybe to change the things we are not happy with in our life. I just came upon this quote, which was inspiring me, so I am happy to share.

So we can start by just becoming aware of our so called bad habits and patterns, and then we can start making small changes. A yoga holiday is a perfect opportunity to get away, find the support you need and share with like minded people.

One week of yoga and hiking in the French Alps - 13-20 June 2015 / 5-12 Sept 2015 If you love the mountains, this is definitely the week for you. Nature, beautiful hikes, a wonderful stay at a historic charming village, healthy food, like minded people, optional life coaching sessions, … these are the ingredients of our weeks in France. We will have two yoga practices per day, a powerful and dynamic practice in the morning and a restorative yin yoga in the evening. Learn the basics of yoga in 9 sessions. After this series, you will know sun salutation A and B and the main standing and sitting postures.
