COVID Doesn't Change The Term Community

Although the pandemic has changed our world in so many ways, it hasn’t changed the fact that we must remained connected to our community. Yet, the pandemic has changed this relationship in one way though. Our connection to our communities has grown even more essential. The link that binds us must become less porous than perhaps ever before.

There will be a Virtual Discussion group today after service.  Apparently last week, some folks got stuck in the 'waiting room' and were unable to access the discussion group.  If you have issues please email uucl.office@gmail.com and we will do our best to help.

We encourage each of you who join our service by  video to light your own candle.  Whether you are watching live or later we can find our spirits united by this simple action.  Until we are together again.

Extinguishing the Chalice
We extinguish this flame but not the light of truth,
the warmth of community, or the fire of commitment.
These we carry in our hearts until we are together again.
