Howl If You're A Husky!

Has your child learned what success feels like while at The de Paul School? Do you see your child becoming more independent and positive about school? If you answered, “Yes,” to these questions, would you please consider helping us spread the message to other families and children who need the de Paul experience?

Parent and Grandparent ambassadors are an asset to any school. Ambassadors stay informed and interested in the school community. They contribute time, talent and/or treasure to the school. Below are a few examples of how parents can be ambassadors to this community and beyond:
  • Share your “before” de Paul and “after” de Paul stories to another parent whose child is struggling in school.
  • Bring a friend or neighbor to the school, during one of our special events like our Community-Wide Series, Writers’ Expo or Compassion Ceremony.
  • Know the content of our website and refer others to it.
  • Like, Comment, and Share our social media posts.
  • Know the mission of our school. Ask someone at de Paul what it means to, “teach students how to learn,” or the wonderful way in which we define success.
  • Invite a de Paul staff member or faculty member to speak to a club or organization of which you are a member. Our presenters often receive very positive reviews.
If this school has made a difference for your child, please join us in getting that message out to other students who need to know what success feels like. Become a de Paul School Ambassador!

Ultimate Exercise

Ultimate Football 1
Ultimate Football 2
Students played an amalgam of Ultimate (Frisbee) and Football this week. This fast-paced, non-contact game made for both good exercise and good fun. It also helped the students prepare for flag football later this month.

Alumni Update

De Paul Family
