Equitable Practices for Reading & Dyslexia"
 
Join Decoding Dyslexia Maryland in Annapolis on February 20, 2020 for sessions provided by the National Center on Improving Literacy exploring effective school based models for reading and dyslexia screening, instruction and interventions.

The sessions include best practices to support all students in grades PK-2 aligned to the Every Student Succeeds Act (ESSA), Kirwan Commission recommendations and the Ready to Read Act of 2019.  There will be separate sessions geared specifically to school based personnel to explore best practices to implement district and school-based screening and interventions for students who show risks of reading difficulty in response to reading screening.
