Wishing everyone a great Easter
With the last of the Branch Carnivals over, all that is left for our 2018-19 season is a few patrols and our two presentation nights. Nippers are now on a break until November this year and all age mangers and parents can enjoy a well earned sleep in until then...
Thank you everyone who helped make the Nippers machinery work like a well made Swiss watch. It's been a long season this time, so enjoy the break and we look forward to seeing you next season!
For our Patrols.. they continue through to and including ANZAC Day. A few Patrol Groups have already completed their patrols for the year. This time of the year is particularly pleasant with warm water, moderate temperatures and great conditions at the beach. Enjoy the last few weeks of the season.
A shout out to our small but dedicated senior team at Tathra Senior Carnival !
Kailey and Elli dominated the beach events in Under 15 ladies- Here's Kailey in a cloud of sand
Unlike our Nippers, where we have lots of competitors and great depth in our team, the Senior side of the house is much smaller. Despite this, Narooma did very well all things considering, with a small team, smaller than most clubs and coming in fourth in the Branch Carnival hosted by Tathra SLSC on 23 March.
Those who attended competed in a range of events and those who represented us really did as proud, as you can see below...
