We hereby invite you to the event of the project *Living Danube Limes* cruise on the Danube on the ship *Danuvina Alacris* - replica of a late antique ship
The Institute of Archeology is a project partner of the Interreg Living project
Danube Limes. During the Living Danube Limes project, a Roman ship from the 4th century AD century was reconstructed by using replicas of Roman tools. In order to highlight the connecting character of the Roman Danube Limes, the ship started to sail down the Danube on the 15th of July, 2022.
After Germany, Austria, Slovakia and Hungary, it will arrive in Croatia on September 1, 2022.
In the afternoon, it is possible to view the ship at all stations, and the main event will be held in Aljmaš on September 3-4, 2022 as a revival program history.
