PRINCIPAL'S MESSAGE
Hello SJS Parents,

We have made it to the end of the school year! I want to thank all the teachers and staff for their amazing work this year. We have seen excellent growth in your children this year, and we could not have done that without our the work of our outstanding teachers and staff.

Reminder: Tomorrow is a spiritwear day and a 10:30 am dismissal time. We are going to have a pep rally in the parking lot tomorrow which will involve water balloons and other fun games. So please send your kids in something you don't mind them getting wet in.

Next week we will be sending our state of the school email. This special edition newsletter will be a snapshot of where we are at right now as a school and will be a display of how great it is to be a Bulldog! We will send it out Thursday, June 9th.

Congratulations to the following teachers for reaching special milestone anniversaries:
5 Years: Ms. Nicole Long and Mrs. Michelle McEnerney
15 Years: Mrs. Leslie Behls and Mrs. Mary Esquivel
20 Years: Mrs. Lauren Madden, Mrs. Monica Mayer and Mrs. Kari Resch
30 Years: Mrs. Rita Ellis

A very special thank you and Congratulations to Mrs. Madden and Mrs. Mayer who are retiring at the end of the school year. Please send in a card of well wishes for them. There is a basket in the office. They will both be greatly missed, and we wish them both a wonderful and relaxing retirement!

Lastly, I want to thank all of the SJS families for being a part of the SJS community. We have so many great things happening at SJS, none of which is possible without the partnership of the school and our parents. We have taken great strides coming out of the pandemic. The future is very bright for the school and for our bulldog students. Thank you for choosing Catholic education and thank you for being apart of our Catholic community.

It's a great day to be a Bulldog!

Mike Kendrick
Principal

New STEM Lab Coming This Fall!

In a world where science, technology, engineering, and mathematics are critical to every job, field of study, career, and even home life, it’s essential that every learner has a strong foundation in STEM, not just those who are naturally proficient in math and science. Our program will engage all learners in a hands-on, project-based learning approach in which STEM disciplines are seamlessly integrated. In our lab, learning is highly personalized and empowers students to shape their learning to meet their individual interests, abilities, and learning styles. CLICK HERE for a projected floor plan.
