Ramping Up

We hope you've settled in well, are getting along with your roommate, and connecting with new friends and activities on campus. It's a big transition - everyone takes time to settle in and connect. This is a great time to come in and give your EAC advisor an update on your first month at Michigan.
Your classes have probably ramped up by now, getting more challenging and time consuming. You may be feeling the pressure. This is normal and to be expected. You're not the only one! Connect with your instructors, friends, and resources now before your first exams.  Connect and collaborate - that's how you get through your classes!

This is the year to explore the College's different majors and minors. Our annual Majors/Minors Fair will be held October 23, 4-6pm. This is a great way to meet students and advisors from every department and program. And of course, free pizza! RSVP HERE
It's never too early to start planning for Winter Term classes.  October is the easiest time to make an appointment with your advisor.
Beat the rush and schedule today!
Connect and collaborate - that's how you get through your classes!  In addition to instructors' office hours, utilize these effective resources for your core courses: Engineering Learning Center, Math Lab, Science Learning Center, and Physics Help Room. Great resources for those first exams!
