Jorge Estefan

The Skagit Community Foundation is excited to announce
the addition of Jorge Estefan to our Board of Directors.
Jorge is a Bilingual Business Advisor at the Economic Development Alliance of Skagit County (EDASC). A big part of what he enjoys about his job is that it allows him to help people and businesses in our community. Jorge has a B.S. in Business Administration and Marketing. He also has an A.A. in Merchandise Marketing. He has worked for well-known companies, including Walmart, Adidas, T-Mobile and Verizon, working in both sales and management roles.
He was born in Mexico City, Mexico and moved to the Northwest of the United States when his daughter was born in 2011. He comes from a family of 6 (with 3 sisters). His family has been a huge influence for him, and they are his biggest motivation in life.
Jorge is passionate about uplifting the community and those around them. He currently volunteers for an amazing community program, Latino Leadership Skagit. Jorge makes personal connections through his sense of humor and huge heart. He is looking forward to getting more involved in the community and making a positive impact on the lives of those around him.
