December Updates and Events

Just  a few quick notes as we turn the corner toward a new year! Let us thank all of you for a terrific 2018 with free hot chocolate as part of our open house on December 8th.
Please read on to learn about making cards at the library for your neighbors. A fuller newsletter will follow in January, but in the mean time, we wish you a safe and joyful season.

Holiday songs with the Evergreen Chorus
at 11:30 am

... as part of  the Winter Open House - Saturday, December 8th


Evergreen is a chorus of women of all ages, singing a cappella four-part harmony.   With roots in the uniquely American art form of Barbershop Harmony, the Evergreen Chorus excites every listener, performing timeless classics, jazz and blues, show tunes, and contemporary songs!
Brighten someone’s day during the holidays. Drop by the library and make cards to give to the residents at the Northeast Center for Rehabilitation and Brain Injury. Adult Craft Night is for ages 16 + :)

Read to Zoey

Zoey, our friend and trained therapy dog, visits and offers young readers a chance to increase their confidence in reading by spending time with a certified therapy dog in a relaxing, stress-free environment.

Monday December 24th, Tuesday, December 25th - Library Closed in Observance of Christmas Holidays.
December 31st - Library Closed in Observance of New Year's Eve
