Scholarship Recipient Spotlight
Jack and Sharon Tucker – missionaries based in Manila and 2018 National Scholarship recipients – equip church plants with puppetry, clowning and ballooning for outreach and discipleship. Their vision is to train leaders who can help supply puppets and trainings in the Philippines and beyond, like Thailand & Cambodia.
Since leaving their first FCP National Conference, the Tuckers continue to be fruitful! Their schedule has been filled with trainings, workshops, presentations, building puppets, coming back to FCP (with friends!) and more.
Most recently, they've been leading 4-day trainings throughout the Philippines to equip lay people with puppetry skills. Some of the teams they've trained are going on to applying their new skills by becoming trainers, ministering at events and parties, and doing lots of outreach to share the Gospel!
Of their scholarship experience, they wrote: "What a blessing. We were not only blessed by the provision of scholarships, but we both gained information and skills to take back to aid us in training in the creative ministries in the Philippines. Thanks so much for welcoming us and equipping us and allowing us to share with you as well."
To keep in touch with the Tuckers, or to offer prayer, resource or financial support for their ministry, you can contact them directly via email or through the Central Missionary Clearinghouse.
When you give to FCP, your donation can have a lasting impact on the ministry of faithful servants like the Tuckers who otherwise could not have attended.
