Mandar Wagholikar
Mandar is an award-winning artist who is inspired by the magic of nature. He loves painting landscapes in a vibrant and energetic style using soft pastels. He moved to from New York to California in 2014 and has been inspired by the beauty of the West Coast ever since. He enjoys painting Alameda and the SF Bay landscapes in all their glory and feels the region’s natural beauty offers a lot of inspiration to let lose his creative spirit.  Check out Mandar at Facebook.

Please Help with Our Electrical Upgrade

As a non-profit, volunteer-driven art center, funding is often very tight for us. We also need to  face the realities of operating out of an 1898 Victorian building that requires frequent upgrading and maintenance. Our goal today is to raise $8500 to overhaul and upgrade our second floor electrical service (currently only 50 amp) and modify and install new classroom lighting. This will allow us to increase our class offerings and art group meeting space availability which in turn will increase our cash flow.
