Elio Camacho

Elio is a nationally known colorist who teaches oil and acrylic painting across the United States. Using engaging demos in his still life workshops, he stresses design and color theory in conveying emotion and effective composition. He  incorporates an ala prima approach to mixing color on the canvas as well as the palette. He reveals how warm and cool colors, value and transparency control composition, depth and focal points in a painting.    Read more about Elio here.
