Bountiful Fruits of Summer
Prolific oil painter and world traveler, Marvin Dalander will be showing his work at our Eyewise Satellite Gallery beginning June 10, 2019. Marvin has been oil painting since 1952 and he's still at it! This show highlights the bountiful fruits of summer, depicting sun drenched streets and marketplaces and the lush yield of a summer harvest.

Acoustic Jam
Facilitator: Janet Lenore
Date: September 18 • 7:15 pm - 8:30 pm
Day & Time: 3rd Wednesday of each month
Description: This is an open folky-60's pop song acoustic jam. Although this is a ukulele-centered jam, other acoustic instruments such as guitar, hand percussion, and other string-based instruments are welcome. You could just sing too! The first half hour is devoted to easier songs and may include some basic instruction. Intermediate level after that.

In this course, we will cover: setting up your unique palette; priming, brushing, solvents and tools; getting to THAT color and starting a painting without a pencil. You will copy an oil painting from one of the masters.

Life Drawing: Weekly Sessions with Model
Instructor: No instructor
Dates: Ongoing every week
Day & Time: Tuesdays, 6:30 pm - 9:30 pm
Description: Practice your drawing skills and study gesture poses with a nude model. Bring your own materials.
Cost: Members only: $70 per month (payable the first Tuesday of the month). Limited drop-in spaces; $20 per session.
Notes: All skill levels welcome. Space limited, so come early. Now in larger space.
