Our beloved Frank Bette Center for the Arts is at a crossroads of flourishing or dying. Thank you for all your help as we transitioned from an Arts Center run by a paid director and an advisory board to an all-volunteer operation. With your assistance we have maintained a creative space with an interesting flow of bimonthly exhibits, events like AOC and PAPO, one day and weekly classes, vibrant programs in the literary arts, artist opportunities like the Golden Project etc. etc. etc.

But we are very short on people willing to take on the leadership roles needed to keep our working board, the core of our organization, functioning effectively.  Unless we can fill the needed positions, both the empty spots now and the ones that will be empty as board members step down, having completed their terms, our board is considering the painful option of closing the center.
