The Department has begun processing reimbursements for employers who have filed and payed their second quarter report and contributions. Please note we are continuing to issue reimbursement checks. For Q3, the Department will be providing the 50% reimbursement up front.
If you have laid off or furloughed employees as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic and have recalled those employees back to work for the same rate of pay, even for a reduced number of hours, they must accept the offer of work.
If employees were offered work performing the same job and for the same rate of pay prior to the layoff and refuse work, please report that to the Department immediately by clicking the link below.
