Do Your Church Leaders Know?

Do Your Church Leaders Know? These resources can help them...

Dear Friends,

In recent days it has been made more clear to me than ever that an ever expanding number of church leaders have no idea what is going on with the rising apostasy in the church. Simply separating from ecumenical personalities is not enough; in many cases entire leadership systems need to be thrown out and the biblical model found in the New Testament needs to be implemented.

It is no secret that vast amounts of people have been inducted into cult-style Christian churches run by heavy-handed leaders. Sadly, many of these leaders are riding roughshod over the people - and over fellow leaders.

What does it mean to ride roughshod over people?
  • ride roughshod over
"Act without regard for the feelings or interests of others, as in She just forges on, riding roughshod over her colleagues. This term alludes to the practice of arming horses with horseshoes mounted with projecting nails or points, which both gave them better traction and served as a weapon against fallen enemy soldiers. By 1800 it was being used figuratively for bullying behavior."
  • “ride roughshod over, to treat harshly or domineeringly; override; crush: He rode roughshod over his friends to advance himself in the business world.”
  • “Fig. to treat someone or something with disdain or scorn. Tom seems to ride roughshod over his friends. You shouldn't have come into our town to ride roughshod over our laws and our traditions.”
  • “to act without caring about how you will effect someone or something He was a bully and rode roughshod over his workers whenever he felt they weren't working hard enough.

Is there a biblical example of riding roughshod over Christians? Indeed, there is. In 3 John 9-11 John the apostle warned about a man named Diotrophes.
  • I wrote unto the church: but Diotrephes, who loveth to have the preeminence among them, receiveth us not. Wherefore, if I come, I will remember his deeds which he doeth, prating against us with malicious words: and not content therewith, neither doth he himself receive the brethren, and forbiddeth them that would, and casteth them out of the church. Beloved, follow not that which is evil, but that which is good. He that doeth good is of God: but he that doeth evil hath not seen God.
Whether its allowing someone to ride roughshod over you and your loved ones, or being involved in movements that are rife with ecumenism and leaders that turn their heads the other way when false teachers are endorsed, something has got to be done - a decision have to be made!

Ecumenical teachings, bizarre occult practices, seemingly good leaders that are abusive?  Whatever the case may be, the following books are suggested as a wake up call. Perhaps someone you love could benefit from these well documented resources! Many thousands of people already have!

One more thing...don't let the year 2016 be a year where you remained docile in the face of evil and did nothing about it. Make a stand today and walk in the freedom and joy of the Lord Jesus Christ!
