The Library will be closed 11/11 Veteran's Day and 11/24-25 Thanksgiving

Get your DCLibrary card fine-free & ready to use in our new building
From Nov. 14-21, our Library will waive 1 overdue fine on a MUPFL owned item (up to $5) for each food or personal care item you donate to the Media Food Bank.  Their Needed Items list is on our website  or download the Flyer. Bring items and check in at the Front Desk. 
 To find out how much you owe,
call 610-566-1918. This program does not apply to fines for lost, missing or damaged items. We can't waive overdue fines on items from other DCLibraries. Thanks for your help!
Starting November 1, drop off book sale donations outside 24/7 at the Library. Use the black containers marked Book Sale Donations Here in the Library alcove on Jackson Street. 
Please do not use the Library Porch area- it is a fire safety hazard.
November is  NANOWRIMO ( NAtional NOvel WRIting MOnth) 50K words, 30 days, 300K writers   You Can Do it!

How to Etsy: Talk & Shop   Wednesday November 29, 6:30pm to 8pm
Come hear local businesses describe how they established their Etsy franchises for handmade goods. Tips and lessons learned will be shared by Tannei Casey, The Providence Story and Upcycled Library. PA. Academy of Fine Arts Workshop: Observe & Create Wearable Art
Wed. November 30, 6pm to 8pm
Participants will learn basic sculpting techniques to create their own contemporary jewelry, inspired by works from PAFA's abstract expressionist collection. The workshop is free and materials are provided. Space is limited.  Register on Eventbrite.
